Operational risk map

If You Run a Regulated Facility, Waste Is Not Just Waste.

Every material stream, service provider, and record creates a control point. We make those controls visible.

Environmental compliance review inside an industrial facility

Every stream creates obligations

Waste determinations, classification, generator-status tracking, manifests, authorized providers, and supporting records depend on the material and facility.

Every provider creates another control

Credentials, insurance, permits, service requirements, renewals, and downstream capabilities must stay visible and current.

The work lands on an already-full desk

For many mid-size facilities, the program falls to operations, quality, facilities, or an EHS leader already carrying several responsibilities.

What we take off your plate

Waste and EHS support, controlled as one program.

01

Waste & scrap vendor management

One managed program across your waste streams.

We coordinate and manage the qualified third-party providers required for your program, including haulers, recyclers, hazardous-waste service providers, scrap processors, and electronics or ITAD providers. Existing providers can remain when they meet your requirements.

02

EHS audits & gap assessments

Find the gaps before a customer or regulator does.

Facility-level assessments can cover waste management, waste determinations, documentation, provider controls, inspections, training records, and other applicable program elements. Findings are prioritized and paired with recommended corrective actions.

03

Fractional EHS program management

Operational support without adding another full-time position.

Ongoing support is built around your facility and may include waste-stream inventory and classification support, profiles, recurring-task schedules, training-record coordination, credential tracking, corrective actions, document organization, and management reporting.

04

Proof-of-service & compliance reporting

Do not chase paperwork after the pickup.

We establish documentation requirements by stream and provider, then collect and review available manifests, weight tickets, bills of lading, certificates, chain-of-custody records, service records, and other required evidence. Missing or inconsistent records are flagged for resolution.

05

Vendor qualification & credential management

The provider is part of your compliance program.

Qualification requirements are matched to the material, service, facility, and applicable obligations. Reviews may include permits, registrations, insurance, downstream capabilities, data-destruction controls, R2 or e-Stewards certification for applicable electronics recyclers, and export-control requirements where applicable.

Clear operating boundaries.

We do not transport, store, treat, dispose of, possess, or take title to waste. You remain the generator of record, make required waste determinations, sign your manifests, and select the receiving facility.

We do not handle energetics, explosives, DOT Class 1 materials, radioactive waste, or mixed waste.

We coordinate operational and documentation support. Qualified, licensed, permitted, registered, and/or certified third parties perform physical services as applicable. That separation keeps roles, responsibilities, and the compliance chain clearly documented.

Four Steps to a Managed Program.

01

Assess

We walk the facility, identify waste streams, and review current provider and documentation controls. You receive prioritized written findings.

02

Build

We define stream controls, qualification and documentation requirements, service frequencies, escalation paths, and provider responsibilities.

03

Manage

We coordinate provider activity and maintain the documentation requirements established for each stream. Exceptions are identified for resolution.

04

Report

You receive organized reporting on services, providers, documentation received, upcoming requirements, and open exceptions.

Quality-system thinking shapes the program: define requirements, control providers, verify records, identify exceptions, and close corrective actions.

The difference

Built on quality-engineering discipline.

Waste management in a regulated facility should be controlled like any other critical operating process. MVP Environmental Services applies a structured approach to provider controls, documentation, exceptions, and review.

Modern controlled materials recovery operation

Supplier control

Third-party service providers are treated as controlled suppliers, not simply names in a phone list.

Documentation

Requirements are established before work begins rather than reconstructed after the fact.

Corrective action

Exceptions are documented, resolved, and reviewed to help prevent recurrence.

Audit readiness

The goal is a maintained system that can support customer, regulatory, and internal review.

Trust the provider. Verify the record.

Every service event should leave usable evidence.

We establish documentation requirements before service occurs, collect and review the records available afterward, and identify missing or inconsistent information for resolution. The result is a centralized compliance record that supports management, customer, and audit requests.

  • ■Waste determinations and profiles
  • ■Provider qualification and credential files
  • ■Manifests, bills of lading, and weight tickets
  • ■Certificates of recycling, destruction, or disposal
  • ■Chain-of-custody and service records
  • ■Open exceptions and corrective actions

In quality engineering, undocumented work did not happen. We manage waste-program records with the same discipline.

Operational control layer

Evidence connected to the work.

Authorized users work from a private operations console built around assignment, status, evidence, review, and audit history.

Authorized access
01

Live status

Service jobs and proof reviews update across authorized users without a manual page reload.

02

Controlled dispatch

Assigning an active, qualified provider creates a dispatch event and places the job in the provider's private queue.

03

Geotagged field proof

Field teams can capture service photos with timestamp and optional browser-provided location coordinates.

04

Payment eligibility gate

A job remains ineligible for payment until submitted proof is approved. The system records eligibility; it does not move funds.

Common questions

Usually, no. If your current providers meet the requirements for your program, they can often remain in place. We support their qualification, documentation, service requirements, and ongoing performance. You decide whether to make a change.

MVP Environmental Services provides managed waste and EHS program support. Qualified, licensed, permitted, registered, and/or certified third parties perform physical collection, transportation, recycling, treatment, or disposal services as applicable. MVP does not take title to or possess your waste.

You do, always. You remain the generator of record, make required waste determinations, select the receiving facility, and sign your manifests. We provide operational and documentation support; those responsibilities do not transfer to MVP.

Potentially, subject to the specific materials, information, and services involved. Where specialized downstream providers may be required, applicable requirements are evaluated with the client. Registration, where applicable, is not itself certification of compliance.

We can coordinate applicable characterization and classification support, provider qualification, scheduling, documentation, and record-management activities for facilities and streams within our scope. Requirements vary by waste, generator status, facility, and applicable law.

Depending on the service, records may include waste determinations and profiles, manifests, bills of lading, weight tickets, certificates, chain-of-custody documents, service records, provider credentials, and open exceptions.

The initial assessment is offered at a defined scope and flat fee. Ongoing programs are generally structured around a fixed monthly management fee plus third-party service costs contracted directly by the client.

You receive prioritized written findings and recommended next steps. The report is yours to keep whether or not you engage MVP Environmental Services for ongoing support.

Find Your Waste & EHS Gaps.

Start with a defined-scope assessment of your facility's waste streams, provider controls, documentation, and applicable EHS program elements. The assessment includes a facility walk-through, waste-stream inventory, review of current controls, and prioritized written findings you keep.

Defined scope · Written findings

This assessment provides operational and compliance support. It is not legal advice, does not replace qualified legal counsel, and does not transfer the client's regulatory responsibilities.
