Our pricing ranges from $12.99 to $24.99 per unit per month, depending on the service level. Basic includes doorstep collection 5 days/week, Standard adds recycling and extended hours, and Premium includes our full Lean Waste Management System™ with audits and continuous improvement.

We currently serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, and surrounding communities. If you’re outside our current service area, contact us—we’re always expanding.

Typically, we can begin service within 2-3 weeks of contract signing. This allows time for property walk-throughs, resident communication, equipment setup, and team training. For urgent needs, we can often accommodate faster timelines.

We make transitions seamless. We’ll coordinate with your current provider, handle all resident communication, and ensure zero service interruption. Many of our clients switched from other providers because they wanted better quality and accountability.
